Comment: The buses are barely utilized as it is - a new building isn't going to help make more convenient schedules or bus stops. When the city gets ready to really back mass transportation in an effective way - less waits between pickups, routes covering neighborhoods more completely, hours of operation more realistic considering a workforce and social group that doesn't close down at 6:30 p.m., then put money into meeting those goals. This city has gone build-happy, and is ignoring the resources it already has. by Debra
