• FLOODS of '08 VIDEO

With the warm sun beating down on John Becker's FEMA home it looks fine. But let's go back just two months ago. Becker had water from the outside dripping in. There were leaks in the ceiling and windows, not to mention an ice build up on his roof.

Becker says the water problem was fixed by FEMA workers. Even now if you look on the roof you can see the remaining rock salt workers put down to prevent a future ice build up. But it's what you can't see that has Becker scared.

"The workers didn't even look into the walls so I'm just kind of curious what's in the walls moisture wise now that the weather is warmer," says Becker.

The warmer temperatures could possibly be cooking up mold inside the paneling. And yet Becker says he's more scared to call FEMA out on the problem. His flood home still isn't finished. Becker fears by speaking up FEMA will evict him.
