Hawks Stay Idle in BCS Rankings
The Hawkeyes stayed idle at number 4 in the BCS rankings.
However, they moved two spots to sixth in the USA Today Coaches Poll and moved down a spot to number eight in the AP Poll just released.

IOWA CITY, Iowa (AP) -- Iowa must avoid the trap of looking ahead to next week as they host the Northwestern Wildcats today. The eighth-ranked Hawkeyes are 9-0 heading into the Northwestern game and face a showdown with No. 15 Ohio State next week that could determine the Big Ten title.
AMES, Iowa (AP) -- The Iowa State Cyclones are in the midst of the fight in the Big 12 North as they host the 18th-ranked Oklahoma State Cowboys today. The Cyclones are 5-4 and 2-3 in the Big 12. They had a two-game winning streak snapped against Texas A&M last week.
